Take Shape for Life is a comprehensive program designed to promote Optimal Health in your life. Your Health Coach will guide you through the process to achieving Optimal Health through proper nutrition and Healthy Habits. Take Shape For Life combines the clinically proven Medifast Program with a time-tested, physician-directed support program featuring personal support from a Health Coach in our Bio-Network. Coaching can be done in person, or over the phone if you have someone who you’d like to refer to the program who may not be local.
